Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products by Gold Star Liquor ("we", "us") to trade customers. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Trade customers only

We supply licensed businesses only. By opening an account you confirm that you hold all licences required to buy and sell alcohol and that all persons ordering are of legal drinking age.

2. Accounts & credit

All accounts are subject to approval. We may request company and licence details, references and credit checks, and may set or change credit limits at our discretion.

3. Orders

Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or amend any order. Product images and descriptions are for guidance; packaging and vintages may change.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and duty unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is due within the agreed terms. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of the account.

5. Delivery & risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full. Please check deliveries and report any shortages or damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns

Goods may only be returned with our prior agreement. Faulty products will be replaced or credited after inspection.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Responsible retailing

Customers must comply with all applicable laws on the sale and promotion of alcohol and must not sell to anyone under the legal drinking age.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Gold Star Liquor is registered. Please contact us with any questions.
