This unaged white rum is produced from first-press juice of red and yellow native cane varieties. Cool fermentation (8–14 days at 18–20 °C), followed by small-lot distillation (at 91% ABV), preserves delicate herbal and cane character. Oaks & Âmes White has earned a gold medal at the 2023 IWSC Pure Single Rum category, reinforcing its quality and global appeal
