Defined by a rare dual-style blend of Mauritian molasses rum and native sugarcane juice rum, Mango Bay is partially finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, adding warmth and complexity while retaining balance and freshness. Working with the respected family-run Oxenham distillery, Rackham focuses on blending precision and flavour development. Appearance
Golden amber with warm mahogany highlights.
Nose
Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, toasted oak and subtle vanilla, layered with rich raisin, dried fig and gentle sweet spice from Oloroso and PX sherry casks. Hints of floral cane and a touch of nutty sweetness.
Palate
Luxuriously smooth and full-bodied. Notes of caramelised banana, honey and dark chocolate unfold into juicy stone fruits, candied orange peel and warming spice. The blend of molasses and pure cane juice brings both depth and vibrancy.
Finish
