Produced by Staritsky & Levitsky at their historic craft distillery in Lviv, Private Cellar is the flagship, high-end limited-edition expression built on traditional grain vodka craft. The grain is hand-picked and the water used has ultra-low mineralisation, contributing to a naturally soft, creamy palate. Each batch rests for 60 days before bottling, with bottles individually hand-labelled and sealed in black wax to underscore its rarity and artisanal nature. Production is strictly limited to small batches — typically a maximum of ~1,000 bottles per run — making it a standout choice for premium portfolios and collector interest.
