Daddy Rack is a multiple award-winning small-batch Tennessee Straight Whiskey made from a mash of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley. Double mellowed through sugar maple charcoal and aged in American oak barrels, it’s bottled at 40% ABV. Creamy, smooth and gently spiced, this craft whiskey is rich in flavour yet easy-drinking — ideal for sipping or classic whiskey serves.

Crafted by British-born Master Blender J. Arthur Rackham, Daddy Rack is made in Columbia, Tennessee using traditional sour mash fermentation and copper column stills. After distillation, it’s charcoal mellowed twice using the Lincoln County Process — once before and once after maturation — giving it signature smoothness. Aged in new American oak barrels with light toast and #3 char, it delivers notes of vanilla, apple, nutmeg and toasted oak. With its sessionable 40% ABV and smooth finish, Daddy Rack appeals to both whiskey newcomers and seasoned drinkers.
